Notes: This is a 70% dark-chocolate bar with fresh fruit that has undergone an in-house lacto-fermentation process (for over two-weeks), before the fruit is then soaked and further preserved in fine spirits and alcohol for two months. The word ‘innovation’ is an over-used term, but all the chocolate bars in the Limited Reserve range is truly innovative, and this Bar Eight is no exception. This is craft chocolate at its finest
