Ara Chocolate

Ara Chocolat is a bean to bar handcrafted chocolate maker located in Paris, France. We make chocolate bars, bonbons and pralines using mostly organic ingredients. Our Chef, who has 10 years of experience as a Chocolatier and Pastry Chef, transforms and roasts himself the cocoa beans to create unique origin chocolate bars, pralines and confections.

We make chocolate bars from unique and rare cacao varieties, traded directly with cocoa growers in Latin America, made with natural and mostly organic ingredients, without additives, preservatives and 100% dairy free.  We carefully choose each variety for its uniqueness and the stories hidden behind them. And with each of our creations we invite you to travel with us to Latin America, through the aromas and notes of our chocolates.

 Ara Chocolate 是在法國巴黎一個小型bean to bar工匠朱古力製造公司。我們製造排裝朱古力、bonbon及parlines,都使用有機材料。我們的主廚擁有10年朱古力及糕餅大師經驗,由烘烤可可豆到製造出獨一單地區朱古力,parlines及甜點,都親力親為地用心製作。

我們的朱古力是用獨特及罕有可可品種製造,直接從拉丁美洲的可可種植農民訂購,而材料都是天然及有機,沒有添加劑和防腐劑,以及100%沒有奶製品成份。我們謹慎選擇每一品種的獨特性及背後的故事,而每一個朱古力創作,都是我們邀請你,透過朱古力的香味及味覺,一起去到拉丁美洲旅遊一樣。
