London Gin 70% CACAO
This chocolate bar is inspired by the natural botanicals and flavour notes found in a classic London Gin. At the development stage of this chocolate, we experimented with varying different spices to eventually create an authentic blend we were happy with. The fragrant flower notes of juniper and the warm spices and citrus oils leverage that wonderful distinct British gin popularised in the Victorian era.

Ingredients: Cocoa Mass (Cocoa Beans), Cane Sugar (Unrefined), Natural Flavourings (Botanical Spice Blend), Lemon Oil, Orange Oil, Vanilla (Vanilla Beans).
